- On-site service response objective:
- Expert technical support is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Technician Dispatch:
- When a problem cannot be repaired remotely a technician will be dispatched to your site.
- Replacement parts:
- Parts are typically available within 24-48 hours.
- Out-of-Hours support:
- Upon request, billable support is available to resolve major failures if they occur beyond hours of maintenance agreement.
- Help-desk support:
- Obtain answers to basic questions on products, features, functions and interoperability.
- Unlimited service calls there is never a reason not to call for necessary support.
- Response within four business hours of call eliminates wasted waiting time.
